摘要

A novel LC-MS/MS method was developed and validated for the determination of S-Ketamine in rat plasma. No in-vitro inter-conversion between R-ketamine and S-ketamine was detected and no interference was observed from the major metabolites norketamine and dehydronorketamine under the validated assay conditions. The results obtained from the validation and incurred sample reproducibility evaluation indicated that this method is highly reliable and reproducible.
