The WRTMD clearly outperformed the NIST11 library. Particularly low-resolution spectra from IT instruments seem to have a negative effect on sensitivity. Obviously, a single-instrument approach providing spectral series covering a broad range of compound-specific breakdown curves is more suitable for library creation than a multiple-instrument approach.
