In recent years, many efforts have been directed toward understanding the causes and effects of employees'job performance. The recognition of the prevalence, importance and costs of counterproductive behavior in the workplace has led to a significant increase in research interest in this type of behavior. The purpose of this study is to discuss how negative affectivity and (spell out the first time) CWB are related to job performance.
