职场负面八卦对员工前瞻工作行为的影响研究

     

摘要

基于组织认同理论的研究视角,构建职场负面八卦、组织认同、员工前瞻工作行为及员工传统性的关系模型并加以实证检验.结果表明:职场负面八卦负向影响员工前瞻工作行为;组织认同在职场负面八卦影响员工前瞻工作过程中起完全中介的作用;职场负面八卦对员工组织认同的影响强度受员工传统性的调节作用,员工传统性越强,职场负面八卦对员工组织认同的负向影响越弱.%Based on the social identity theory, a model of the relationships among workplace negative gossips, group identity, employees'proactive work and their conventionality has been constructed and verified with empirical evidence.Results of the analyses show that workplace negative gossips have negative impacts on the employees' proactive work, that their group identities serves completely as a medium between negative gossips and proactive work,and that employees'conventionality will moderate the influence of negative gossips on their group identities,which means the more conventional an employee is,the less his/her group identity will be influenced by the negative gossips at the workplace.
