High Sensitive Detection and Quantification of Thirty-Two Synthetic PDE-5 Inhibitors and Analogues Adulterated in Health Supplements Using LC/MS/MS

摘要

A MRM targeted screening method has been developed for sensitive and reliable screening analysis of thirty-two synthetic PDE-5 inhibitors and analogues in health products. In consideration of matrix effect using spiked samples in five health products selected randomly, the detection limits of the method are estimated at 0.1～4.0 ppb for different compounds in solutions. The quantitation limits are at 0.4～13.4 ppb in solutions. Further study on extract recovery of the method is needed.
