LC/MS analysis of diacylglycerol lipase-mediated lipid metabolism in neural cells

摘要

This study highlights the potential value of lipidomic analysis as discovery-oriented and hypothesis-generating tool for the understanding of brain lipid signaling. Similar lipidomic approaches could be applied to the study more complex biological disorders by comparing lipid profiles of diseased and healthy control samples.
