摘要

The increase in dynamic range and mass resolution of the Agilent 6520 QTOF LC/MS system with the Agilent MassHunter metabolite ID software improved the identification of metabolites of pharmaceutical drugs. Enlarged dynamic range facilitated the detection of low level metabolites in the presence of other high abundant compounds without influencing the accuracies of measured masses. Improved resolution allowed reliable differentiation between possible molecular and fragment formulas.
