Protein ID software, Sequest, was used to determine peptide sequence and glycosylation site based on datadependent MS3 spectra of glycopeptide. This approach was applied to transferrin and bovine alpha-1 acid glycoprotein: N-glycosylation sites as well as sitespecific N-glycan profile were determined.
