mould, because there are surfaces in the part that need to be extracted in one direction different from this one. One of the major complexities when designing a mould is to establish the demoulding system when the part has undercuts, (part surfaces that can not be extracted by the opening of the mould in the ejection direction). One of the special topology features that can appear in parts are internal undercuts, that needs to be demoulded by an special system. In this paper, results obtained for one of these systems will be presented. The system studied is a system for demoulding internal undercuts, by means of a bars mechanism. It allows to extract the undercut surfaces by a bars mechanism, when the mould is opening.
