Demoulding device for injection mould - mechanically operated and easily adjusted compressed air system with grip attached to members moved in one plane

Device has a driven holder/grip to engage and remove each moulding; grip turns about point(s) to register and also move by turning in the one plane and pref. horizontally about the point. Pref. two-part injection mouldings are removed by the device attached to the machine and having the holder/grip fitted with tongs and the cylinder and piston. The grip is operated by an arm on a driven shaft. The arm is in two parts joined by a pin which moves one part through an angle to the other. The bottom end of the piston has two fingers to move wrt axis of the cylinder, which has an end stop switch and valves. The system is operated by compressed air and has time switch. ADVANTAGE - Used regardless of the shape of the mouldings. Adjusted merely by simple hand operations. (0/1)
