Cooperative behavior is considered to be very important for the negotiation among autonomous agents in a, multi-agent system. To realize the system's cooperation, each agent must make some necessary concessions in the competition of limited resources. In this paper, an Autonomous and Cooperative Multi-agent Model (ACMAM) is proposed for solving the conflicts among agents' competitions. ACMAM is based on the idea of Autonomous Decentralized System (ADS) and Drum-Buffer-Rope (DBR) presented in the Theory Of Constraints (TOC). In ACMAM, each agent is considered as an autonomous and cooperative, and they do not only compete resources for reaching its own goal but also make concession for subordinating the system's decision. The system's constraint can be improved by the cooperative negotiation of autonomous agents and the concessive behaviors of some agents. ACMAM also discusses that, when and how agents adopt the concessive behavior by using an example of real world systems called Loading, Allocating and Scheduling Problem (LASP).
