EDUCATION IN ELECTRONIC PACKAGING USING GELECTRONIC ENVIRONMENT

Tele-learning & computer aided education is preferred method of learning for industry specialists due to their limited spare time but is also successfully used in academic education. Its main advantage is the des-centralization of education act and elimination of subjectivity from evaluation. As apart of our efforts in increasing the quality of education in Electronic Packaging, our team from Center for Technological Electronics and Interconnection Techniques is using different software platforms for training and evaluation in the field of Electronic Components; this paper presents some advantages of these software platforms.
