INTEGRATING THE INTERNET AND TEAMWORK ACROSS THE CURRICULUM

摘要

This paper discusses the planning and results of a group project involving students at two separate Universities in the United States. It involved teams from the two schools using the Internet to obtain and then calculate certain financial information. The main purpose of the project is to show how the Internet can be used to help the student do research. In addition, it is an application of active learning. The results of the project were very successful in the eyes of the professors and their students in light of certain problems that occurred over the life of the project.
