REVIEW ON NUCLEON STRUCTURE FUNCTIONS

The 1994 preliminary data of the HERA experiments HI and ZEUS on the proton structure function are presented together with the final data of the muon fixed target experiments E665 at FNAL and NMC at CERN. Perturbative QCD interpretations and extraction of a, at low x are discussed.
