General structure of nucleus constructed from nucleons has alpha-particle constituted from neutron-proton pairs and well stabilized by charged interactions between leptons on different nucleons with help of transformations of charged kaons

An alpha -particle constituted from two neutron-proton pairs that are situated as head-tail is well stabilized by charged interactions between leptons on different nucleons with tbe help of transformations of charged kaons like in weak force, stabilizing the nucleus between the different pairs and even nucleons. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a nuclear fusion and fission; and (b) a facilitation of nuclear fusion and fission.
