Virtual Reality technology brings immersive learning experience to learners in a limited learning environment by restoring real situations as much as possible. It provides conditions for experiential learning. Experiential learning means that students actively construct knowledge from experience, which has the advantages of high participation and enthusiasm, and has gradually become the focus of research in the field of education. Our research adopts an experimental design method. From the perspective of adult higher education, 27 adult learners from Shanghai Open University were selected to carry out an experiential learning activity experiment based on Virtual Reality courseware. The experiment takes learning satisfaction and behavioral willingness as indicators of experiential learning behavior. Investigate the effectiveness of Virtual Reality courseware for experiential learning. The experiment finally revealed that the learning ability of learners and the perceived pleasure of learning content have a significant positive impact on learning satisfaction, and technology perceived ease of use and technology perceived usefulness have a positive impact on the behavioral willingness.
