With the rapid development of Internet technology and the emergence of burgeoning technologies, various business models have developed rapidly, and gig economy model has appeared in people's daily life. The gig economy has changed the traditional employment model where practitioners and platform enterprises often cooperate on the basis of trust, thus the loyalty of "casual laborer" has become an important issue for the development of enterprises. Through literature review, this paper explores the influencing factors of enterprise management on employee loyalty in gig economy. This paper believes that the influencing factors of enterprise management on employee loyalty in gig economy mainly include the following three: enterprise incentive mechanism, enterprise management communication, and enterprise culture. Among them, the incentive mechanism contains performance appraisal management and career management.
