The paper presents some of the research and normative aspects regarding continuous training as well as an analysis of the main training, coherence and continuity needs in the school-faculty relationship in North East region of Romania. In this context, an investigative tool, called an Interview Toolkit, was created for teachers in the pre-university environment teaching subjects specific to the electrical and energetic field. These approaches are mainly addressed to teachers in the county of Iasi (with the possibility of expansion) who are interested in attending some possible programs/stages of periodic training / training, but also their involvement in collaborative activities with the university environment.
