Research on Combined Ordering Strategy of Automobile Imported Parts

摘要

In this paper, the difference between lot supply and piece-to-piece supply of imported parts for the domestic automobile enterprises is analyzed followed by the analysis of combined purchasing risk management strategy of imported automobile parts. Lastly, the condition of transition from lot supply to piece-to-piece supply is summarized and module supply is proposed based on the practical experience.
