A mathematical model describing the process of emission output of the LEDs and devices on their basis. The model is based on the corpuscular Monte Carlo method. Within the model, the study of the effect of the geometry of the structure on the light output of the LED light in the blue range was produced. Special attention is given to the influence of texturing interfaces on the process of the light output of the LED structures. On the basis of this analysis, was made specific recommendations for optimizing the blue light-emitting flip-chip structures based on solid solutions of gallium nitride. The obtained calculated data suggest the possibility to increase the efficiency of the device in 2???3 times due to changes in the geometry of the structure, in particular the texturing of the surface of interfaces.
