As is known to all, one of the cultivation goals of higher learning schools is promoting the all-round, healthy and harmonious development of students and boosting the improvement on the scientific and cultural qualities. Therefore, the each course offering at higher learning schools and the process of teachers to impart the scientific and cultural knowledge must take the all-round development of students as the fundamental premise. At higher learning schools, the cultivation on the student cultural quality is one of important aspects of the current music education, which can help students cope with the current increasingly fierce social competitions with better and higher spirits.
