Provided is a method for providing an education O2O service which connects a livelihood type private educational institute and a local student based on a smart learning system. The method comprises: a step of receiving query content including one of text, image, and video from a learner terminal; a step of extracting a location of the learner terminal and understanding a subject of the query content; a step of selecting a teacher terminal registered within a preset radius based on the extracted location; a step of providing the query content to the selected teacher terminal; a step of receiving answer content including one of text, image, and video as an answer for the query content from the teacher terminal; and a step of transmitting the received answer content to the learner terminal by inserting information of livelihood type private educational institute where the teacher terminal is registered. According to the present invention, it is possible for a student to find a solution for a query without a tutor.
