In this work we present the development of an electronic teaching file (ETF) system. The proposed system is accessible through a standard web-browser, allowing users to perform a variety of tasks, including data entry, dataset quality control, and image visualization. In addition, it is a modular and extensible web-based clinical information management system that integrates features of multimodality and multi-center studies. This integration has been done by using MIRC-RSNA schemas and application programming interfaces. The system has provided a secure and user-friendly platform to archive and use a comprehensive set of medical images and related information.
