摘要

Activities of Human Resources Management are all people-centered. Through analysis of human nature basis in the human resources management in institutions of higher learning in China according to viewpoints on essential nature of human in economics, the author carried out that the human resources management in institutions of higher leaming has experienced misrecognition of human rights in era of planned economy to scientific recognition of human beings of modern human resources management nowadays. At last, this paper presents the conclusion that human resources management is a sort of measures depending on human nature assumption to some extent, which is also a kind of establishment of corresponding system furthermore. Meanwhile, human nature assumption is not only basis but also logical premise for all system designs.
机译:人力资源管理活动均以人为本。通过从经济学中关于人的本质的观点出发,通过分析我国高校人力资源管理中的人性基础,笔者认为高等学校的人力资源管理经历了对人权的错误认识。计划经济时代到当今人类对现代人力资源管理的科学认识。最后提出了以下结论:人力资源管理是在一定程度上取决于人性假设的一种措施,这也是相应制度的一种建立。同时,人性假设不仅是所有系统设计的基础,而且还是逻辑前提。
