摘要

As the most important, resources and determine are the success or failure of human resources in enterprises. Management level and the degree of ethics determines the overall competitiveness of enterprises ,so joining the ethics theory into corporate HRM is an effective method of upgrading the competitiveness and promoting the healthy development of enterprises. Because of the serious of ethical dilemmas in HRM, this paper discusses an existing taxonomy of classifying HRM ethical dilemmas, presents the role episodic model of HRM ethical dilemmas and does the causal analysis of the ethical dilemmas of HRM. At last, illustrates the significance for studying HRM ethical dilemmas in China.
