摘要

Microscale resonator structures are attractive for communication,signal-processing,and sensing applications.The resonator structures considered in this work are composite structures with piezoelectric actuation on the input side and piezoelectric sensing on the output side.A collection of results obtained through analytical and numerical efforts is presented.These results help understand nonlinear phenomena exhibited by the microresonators,and they can also form the basis for developing design tools for such systems.
