摘要

The relationship between the upward influence tactics and job performance in Chinese culture context was explored. 220 middle-rank cadres from Chongqing in China were surveyed and results showed that Exchange,Assertiveness and Upward Appeal of the upward influence tactics were negatively related with the total of job performance and the factors of Task Performance and Margin Performance significantly,the Exchange and Upward Appeal of the upward influence tactics had significant and negative effect on the total of job performance and the factor of Task Performance and the Coalition positively affected the total of job performance and the factor of Task Performance significantly.
