This paper describes the development and exploration of a model for professional development concerned with the integration of computing technologies into classroom teaching and learning. Grounded in situative theories of knowledge and learning, the model adopts a mentoring approach that places technology experts in schools to work with teachers to create technology supported lessons that meet the teachers' curricular needs.
