Analysis on the Effect of Knowledge Sharing in Network Learning Space - A Case Study of Teachers' Workshop

During the period of 13th five-year plan, the guideline for education informatization emphasizes on construction of network learning space to promote the reform of learning and teaching methods. The construction of network learning space can provide teachers with a platform for training and learning. And all teachers' activities can be completed on this platform. Recently, contents about knowledge sharing of teachers have drew attention of researchers. To best understand the effect of knowledge sharing on network learning space, this paper chooses a typical example teacher workshop as research object. Based on statistical analysis, content analysis and social statistical analysis, this paper performs research on quantity, content and features of social interaction of knowledge sharing. The results show that: (1) Teachers are generally very active on network learning space; (2) Teachers' posts are closely related to topics; (3) Teachers have built strong connections with each other; (4) Communications often involve more than 2 people. Therefore, this result can be a reference to other related research works.
