摘要

Facing the increasing investment demand of power grid technical transformation, the key to optimize investment decision and improve the investment efficiency is to strengthen cost difference analysis of technical transformation and find out the key points of cost control. On the basis of the annual cost analysis results, this paper constructs the cost difference level calculation model and cost decomposition model of power grid technical transformation project based on Gini coefficient method. The case study shows that this method can accurately analyze and calculate the change reasons and degree of cost level difference of technical transformation project, which is helpful to provide data support and theoretical basis for precise cost control.
