摘要

In this paper, the midpoint correction Score method is used to determine the cost interval of technical transformation projects for power grid production. The cost analysis of various types of projects in the technical transformation of power grid production is carried out, and the factors affecting the cost of various projects are studied, so as to provide references for the lean management of production technical transformation project cost.
