Analysis of the questionnaires shows as clear as it was confirmed later by some focus groups activated by the teachers with the students themselves. The use of an online learning environment seems to be a viable alternative for remedial courses and reveals its usefulness to the attraction exercised on students in a particularly sensitive time of their studies of recovering summer.But the significant fact is that relating to Question 10, which shows, for students in difficulty, the need to find, within the environment, a teacher who is able to offer help, though at a distance and break the sense of isolation that usually tests the student in difficulty.
