Lipophilic Polymers for siRNA Delivery and Protein Silencing

Although the exact formulations for efficient silencing depended on cell line and protein target, silencing with two lipophilic (CA and LA) modified low molecular weight PEIs was consistently observed, suggesting that these carriers can be feasibly clinically applied. Fine tuning the siRNA/polymer composition was critical for silencing particular targets.
