Social network analysis of informal group in student organization—Taking a student organization as an example

摘要

Through direct observation and social network analysis based survey a student organization will be studied in this dissertation to identify the relationship between key figures in the informal organization and leaders in the formal ones. The results show that key figures in the informal group have a high degree corresponding with the leaders in the formal organization. Accordingly, through in-depth interviews, two models will be given, including quality model of the informal figures and management model for college authorities. In the end some advice will be given to college authorities, leaders and even members in the student organization.
