This paper uses methods of literature analysis, history analysis and so on, proposed that labor union's function and status in peace times takes on new contradiction. The article deems that development of labor unions in kinds of enterprises faces lots of realistic difficulties. And breakthrough is expected to promote labor movement in new period. As to the research on labor union, there's also worry & joy. The present research focuses on union's Partycontrol, construction on basic level, constitutional pluralism and systematic innovation. Pleasant achievements have been obtained. But combination of previous research and modern enterprise's management theory is still not sufficient -technology of 'soft sciences' such as humane management still need to perfect. This paper foresees the prospect of labor movement. The conclusion is that road of Chinese characteristic is what we need to go.
