摘要

Nanoparticles made of Chitosan (CS) and glucomannan(GM) in its phosphorylated or non phosphorylated formwere obtained by ionotropic gelation. The GM typeaffected the zeta potential values and protein releaseprofiles. All formulations tested were effective atincreasing the insulin absorption; however, theireffectiveness and also the in vivo biodistribution of theencapsulated protein were influenced by the GM contentand type.
