Objective:To invesgate the hemostatic effect of the chitosan(CS)/konjac glucomannan(KGM) composite film on parenchymal organs trauma.Methods:Prepare CS/KGM film with the ratio of 1:1,and then compare the hemostatic effect with the control groups on liver and spleen sections of the rabbits.Measure the stop bleeding time and bleeding volume to evaluate the hemostatic effect of the composite film.Result:For liver and spleen surgical injury,there is no significant difference between Yunnan Bai Yao and the composite film which is made of CS and KGM(the ratio is 1:1),when compare the stop bleeding time and bleeding volume (P>0.05);However, when compare the therapeutic effect with ordinary medical gauze respectively,both goups' difference is statistically significant(P<0.05,and P<0.05).Conclusion:The CS/KGM composite film can inhibit liver and spleen bleeding efficiently.% 目的:研究壳聚糖/魔芋葡甘露聚糖(CS/KGM)复合膜对实质脏器创伤止血的效果。方法:制备1:1配比的壳聚糖魔芋葡甘露聚糖膜,比较其与对照组在兔肝脏、脾脏断面止血效果,测定止血时间,出血量评价复合膜的止血作用。结果:魔芋葡甘露聚糖KGM与壳聚糖CS按1:1的比例制成的复合膜用于肝、脾脏外科损伤,无论在止血时间还是出血量,与云南白药相比,无显著的统计学意义(P>0.05),但二者与普通医用纱布的疗效比较,均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CS/KGM复合膜能有效地防止肝、脾脏外伤出血,具有较强的应用价值。
