Integrating the use of technology into the curriculum is no longer the realm of the innovators and early adopters who require minimal support and relish the challenges that new technologies present.The mainstream faculty who are using technology to deliver their classes,supplement the content,and generally improve the learning that takes place in their classes require a range of support services,and expect these to e delivered reliably to them,and to their students.In this panel presentation,representatives of three Universities will idiscuss the support issues they have faced and services that have been developed on their campuses and beyond.
