Innovative method use of UV technologies for dye penetrant sample preparation

Today's high volume FAlabs are constantly looking for ways tornimprove the data to customer cycle.Current dye &pull samplernpreparation materia s and methods have some time torncompletion requirements that cannot be avoided withoutrncompromising data.This paper demonstrates that significantrnimprovements in data cycle time and quality can be realized byrnusing a combination of the latest UV cure adhesives,masks,andrncomplimentary equipment such as LED cure ights and gantryrndispensing robots.
