摘要

The peel and core part of Korean pear were extracted with 60 % acetone. The extract was concentrated and isolated with Sephadex LH - 20 column chromatography, three polyphenolic fractions with high antioxidant activity were collected. The antioxidative activities of the polyphenolic fraction Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ on cottonseed oil, linseed oil and fish oil were higher than that of the control. In the inhibition activities of SOD-like activities, polyphenolic fraction Ⅱ and Ⅲ showed about 55.7% and 69.3% inhibition at 500 ppm, and 85.4% and 90.4% at 1000 ppm. The relative inhibition of fraction Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ against DPPH was 42.2%, 45.6% and 72.1% mg respectively.
