摘要

A soft switched PWM DC-DC Buck Converter is analyzed and the various modes of operation have been discussed. The governing mathematical equations for all the modes are derived to compute the timing requirement to achieve soft switching. Functionality of the soft switched converter in open loop is demonstrated with PSpice simulation and experimental results.
