摘要

This paper describes a non-destructive measurement of pesticide residues in the agricultural products. This method is based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of attenuated total reflectance method. The discrimination functions were obtained by the the quadratic discriminant analysis and the partial least squares regression. By this method, we could measure the concentration of pesticide residues in lettuces for about ten minutes. Moreover, this paper describes the results of the trial measurement by using the test set of lettuces and some discussion on this method from the practical point of view.
