摘要

To collect the overload value of the fuze in the process of penetrating into the steel plate, the design of a data record device was carried out, in which the C8051F506 microcontroller was applied as the control core. The design of hard circuit and software program were conducted to realize the data record function, and buffer protection system with polytef as the filling material and polytetrafluoroethylene and silicone rubber as the buffer spacer was designed to protect the inner circuit. The 80mm rocket was used as a carrier to carry out the penetration test for the device. The results proved that the data recovery could well work and record data during the whole process.
