Two concepts for a new educational environment: at schools versus educational intranet

The paper presents two new concepts, Internet at Schools and the Educational Intranet, in the context of a new space of education and communication. Such concepts require different learning methods and roles of students and teachers, but at the same time they are closely related to each other.
