摘要

The purpose of this investigation was to determine whether pupils attending a school-fallout shelter succeed as well as those who are enrolled in conventional schools. Harmful effects that could be attributed to attending an underground school-fallout shelter were investigated. The major hypothesis tested in this study was that there are no significant differences in educational outcomes (overall achievement, emotional stability, physical health, and attitudes) among pupils in conventional, windowless, and underground schools.
