浅论大学生职业生涯规划教育环境建设--基于家庭及学校教育环境的思考

摘要

Education environment of families and schools influences college students′career planning. Howev-er,due to the influence of the restriction of families′traditional employment concept and defect of college career planning education,the current situation of college students′career planning education is less than satisfactory and college students′employment difficulty has become a consensus. Therefore,renewing ideas and building a long-term and systematic career planning education environment is the only way to construct sound college students′ca-reer panning education.%家庭、学校教育环境影响着大学生的职业生涯规划。但受家庭传统就业、择业观念的约束和高校职业生涯规划教育缺陷的影响，当前大学生职业生涯规划教育现状不尽如人意，大学生就业难问题依然严峻。更新观念，建立长效、系统的职业规划教育环境是构建良好的大学生职业规划教育的必由之路。
