摘要

The process of human resource development can improve knowledge productivity. This paper provides the definition of Knowledge-enabled Human Resource Development (KHRD), believes that KHRD excavates potentiality of HR with the method and tool of KM, and creates the value of intelligent capital through the optimization of the procedure of HRD. It has discussed emphatically how to carry on KHRD based on eHR , providing the knowledge frame and theoretical model and implementary path of its realization.
