Gearbox fault is one of the most frequent faults in helicopter mechanical equipments. Helicopter gear vibration principle is analyzed based on it's vibration dynamics model, and a certain fault of helicopter gearbox is taken for an example to study helicopter gear fault vibration signals at different states using our software, which is developed based on time-domain average technique, the results show that time-domain technique can eliminate the influence of background noise and acquire obvious effects, and then, this technique and its correspondingly software are now applied in helicopter mechanical equipments fault diagnosis fields. At last the good diagnosis results are gained.
机译:齿轮箱故障是直升机机械设备中最常见的故障之一。基于直升机齿轮的振动动力学模型,分析了其振动原理,并以某直升机齿轮箱的故障为例,利用基于时域平均技术开发的软件研究了不同状态下的直升机齿轮故障振动信号,结果表明,时域技术可以消除背景噪声的影响,取得明显的效果,因此,该技术及其相应的软件现已应用于直升机机械设备故障诊断领域。最终获得了良好的诊断结果。
