Much of the functionality of these systems is achieved through complex systems and supporting diagnostic software. As part of the task of positioning Xerox to capitalize on the projected growth of the global document market in the nineties and into the next century, we have developed and implemented a world wide approach to the management of customer software problems.rnThis re-engineered integration of work practices, communication infrastructure and measurement is known as the Customer Software Problem Management process (CSPM).
