You know the sweet expectations, but what are the surprising realities of choosing and implementing project web site communication systems in the construction industry? "Early adopters" of commercially available products relate their recent experiences in this conference session. The wisdom shared will provide others with a decision-making framework for choosing appropriate solutions and developing guidelines for integrating state-of-the-art communication technology into the construction project.
